Directs the graduate recruiting and outreach efforts for the Fisher College of Business graduate programs. In coordination with the Sr. Director(s) for Admissions and Enrollment, Executive Director, Associate Dean and the Fisher Marketing and Communications team you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that attract and convert prospects to a completed application (includes setting strategy to target audience segments, engaging prospective students using various channels/medias, in coordination with Marketing & Communications, manage the production of print collateral, web content, email outreach, digital marketing and social media content to support recruiting and admissions objectives). Responsible for overall top of the admissions funnel strategies, tactics and metrics. Leads a team of recruiters and a marketing associate to ensure prospects entering the top of the funnel convert to a completed application. Directs the strategic planning process to identify audience segments and develop recruiting plans and communications that attract those audience segments. Oversees recruitment and outreach budgets for all graduate programs. Weekend and evening hours may be required, as well as domestic and international travel.
