Requirements

  • Enterprise or multi-site recruiting leadership experience
  • Strong systems and process design background
  • Experience managing recruiters or recruiting operations
  • Advanced ATS experience; UKG strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and enforcement-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Design and own the end-to-end recruiting system across the organization
  • Standardize role profiles, deal-breakers, interview scripts, and scorecards
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting operations using UKG and other tools
  • Audit recruiter decisions and documentation for compliance
  • Enforce strict hiring standards with no exceptions
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics including quality of hire and retention
  • Produce regular recruiting performance reports for leadership on monthly basis
  • Correct deviations through retraining or escalation
  • Create and supervise training program for hiring managers
