  • Use market tools (e.g. Buxton Analysis or equivalent) to evaluate trade areas, customer demographics, competing locations, saturation & cannibalization issues.
  • Lead negotiation with brokers/landlords to get favorable terms (rent, tenant improvements, exclusivity, signage, access, etc.).
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, construction teams to evaluate risk, cost, timeline.
  • Provide input into long-term growth plans: how many stores, what geographies, what types of real estate.
  • Monitor existing portfolio: ensure optimization, renewals, and knowing when to exit or reposition sites.
  • Work closely with operations, marketing, finance, legal, store design & construction to ensure new site selection aligns with broader company directives.
  • 7-10+ years of experience in commercial real estate, site selection, retail expansion or similar, ideally in a luxury or experience-driven brand.

  • Willingness & ability to travel extensively (up to ~90% of time).
  • Strong judgement around brand, customer experience, aesthetics.
  • Self-starter, able to manage multiple site projects in various stages at once.
  • Great communication skills: able to present site options, trade-offs, ROI to senior leadership.
  • Paid time off
  • Medical/dental/vision insurance
  • 401(k)
