• Experience managing a complex, multi-site facilities function within a rapidly expanding organization.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Demonstrate agility in managing evolving priorities and diverse projects.
• Experience effectively collaborating and communicating with team members at all levels.

• Experience in hardware development, manufacturing, or the automotive ride-share industry.
• Success in building and leading successful real estate/workplace services teams across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

• Manage resources, budgets, risks, and legal considerations across Waymo's facility portfolio.
• Communicate with the Waymo leadership team, providing regular analytical updates on portfolio progress.
• Oversee a people development agenda, including attracting and developing team members.
