About The Position
Lighthouse Lab Services is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Operations leads our consulting and auditing services for clinical laboratory and pathology practices. In this leadership role, you will provide expert guidance and operational support to our clients looking to optimize and enhance their revenue cycle processes. This team works closely with healthcare organizations to assess their current RCM initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and deliver customized solutions to streamline operations, increase revenue, and improve overall financial performance within the lab and pathology sector. This position can be in office or a remote (work from home) position, where the ideal candidate can travel occasionally for conferences and internal management meetings.
