About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree preferred.
• 5 or more years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiology.
• Current Texas Medical Board - General Medical Radiologic Technologist Certificate.
• BLS certification from AHA.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service development and personnel management for radiology services.
• Oversee resource allocation and control to support patient care.
• Assist in decision-making and program planning for clinical care delivery systems.

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with physicians, employees, and the community.
• Plan services to meet accreditation standards for patient-focused functions.
• Participate in the planning and design of patient care spaces.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations for radiological services.
• Recruit, interview, and select staff for the department and satellite Imaging Center.
• Facilitate the development of leadership skills in departmental supervisors.
