About The Position

The Director of Radiology Transformation (also known as the Product Owner of Telemetry) serves as the “CEO of the use case,” responsible for leading HCA's enterprise radiology optimization journey. This role begins with a discovery phase to understand current-state variability in radiology workflows, infrastructure, and vendor maturity. Building on this foundation, the Director of the Telemetry Product's transformation will guide the selection and validation of high-value AI use cases, deliver ROI-driven pilot recommendations, and oversee transformation efforts that reduce diagnostic delays, standardize imaging workflows, and improve patient safety. As the bridge between radiologists, emergency department leaders, facility executives, technical experts, and vendor partners, the Director translates organizational priorities into a clear roadmap, product backlog, and measurable outcomes. The role ensures alignment with HCA's Clinical AI value drivers—improving patient safety, increasing care efficiency, and maximizing the value of clinical resources. In addition, the Director drives decision-quality economic evaluation of radiology workflow modernization—translating operational improvements into quantified business outcomes. This includes modeling rate and yield performance, productivity and throughput impacts, and cost-to-serve to inform contracting strategy, partnership options, and technology selection. DT&I's mission is to bring innovative technology solutions to the clinical and administrative frontline of HCA, re-shaping healthcare processes to improve patient outcomes, empower clinicians with insights, and drive greater efficiency for all. In this role you will be responsible for innovating our care team processes, making them more intelligent, impactful, and efficient. In so doing, you will help our clinicians provide the best care possible and have a better experience in their work.
