Requirements

minimum 1 year of experience as a director or managing role. 5 years minimum of instruction or coaching experience
U.S.T.A. rating of 5.0 or higher preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a love for creating memorable member experiences.
A true team player who thrives in a collaborative, upbeat environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire our racquet sports team, including Tennis and Pickleball Coaches.
Teach private and group lessons to players of all ages and skill levels.
Design and promote creative programming, events, and clinics that engage our active membership.
Ensure a safe, positive, and professional environment for members and guests.
Provide racquet stringing, assist with court maintenance, and oversee play activity.
Support the management team with scheduling, communication, and member relations.
Model the warm hospitality and service standards that define Troon and La Paloma.
