About The Position

KenCrest is seeking a Director of Quality Outcomes to support our individuals with intellectual and development disabilities (I/DD) in Montgomery County, PA. The Director of Quality Outcomes is responsible for leading the team into successful operations using forward thinking leadership, and a shared vision. This position supports collaborative efforts across the organization and bringing teams together to identify and implement best practices, plays a pivotal role in the development of processes which are engaging, person centered and inspire KenCrest staff in their work for the empowerment of the person served dreams.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Management, Health or Human Services, required
• Minimum 7 years’ experience working with individuals who have intellectual disabilities
• Minimum 10 years management experience
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable mode of transportation
• Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements

• Master’s preferred

Responsibilities

• Developing quality processes and ensuring that operations are in compliance with accreditation standards and all federal, state and local regulations
• Mobilizing this department to deliver impactful and meaningful outcomes with other leaders of clinical practice such as nursing, speech, behavior support and other professionals working with the person toward their outcomes
• Coaching, developing and setting competency priorities administrative and staff nurses
• Critically assessing the needs for development of overall healthcare services for the agency
• Creating compliance as a foundation of practice rather than an outcome of practice
• Managing time, reimbursements, and salaries in a way that is equitable and fiscally sound
• Capturing and measuring data, management of key performance indicators as well as the assessment of regular person served feedback enable the team to support our person served to achieve meaningful life outcomes
