About The Position
The Director of Quality and HSE at Mako Industries is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s Quality and HSE management systems. This role is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring full compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations across all operating divisions—including fabrication, subsea systems, field services, and industrial projects. This leader will oversee quality control and HSE functions while actively participating in day-to-day operations, inspections, audits, and incident investigations. The ideal candidate will drive a culture of continuous improvement, risk reduction, and operational excellence.
