About The Position

The Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance is a leadership role within a non-profit organization focused on early childhood education. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Public Administration, Social Work or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or program management in a non-profit or educational setting.
• Deep knowledge of early childhood education regulations and standards.
• Proven experience in conducting audits, assessments, and reporting for compliance purposes.
• Experience writing grants.
• Leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree preferred
• Experience in an early childhood learning environment

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure services meet high standards and deliver positive outcomes for children and families.
• Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards. Conduct audits and prepare reports to ensure full compliance.
• Create and maintain policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with program managers, staff, and external stakeholders to resolve challenges and support program effectiveness.
• Oversee the collection and analysis of program data, providing regular reports to leadership and external partners to track performance and compliance.
