This position involves developing and implementing quality assurance processes, monitoring program outcomes, conducting audits, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The Director of Quality Assurance plays a critical role in maintaining high standards of care, enhancing the well-being of program participants, and fostering a culture of excellence within the agency.
