Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring the best pricing and quality for all goods and services. Continuously optimize and streamline the supply chain to reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards. Oversee all purchasing activities, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management. Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and overall efficiency within the procurement department. Collaborate closely with operations, culinary, and finance teams to align purchasing with business goals. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends, particularly in the fast-casual dining sector. Qualifications: Proven experience in restaurant procurement, with a strong understanding of supply chain management. Strong vendor negotiation skills and the ability to foster long-term partnerships. Experience in the fast-casual dining industry is highly desirable. Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to procurement strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards. Restaurant experience is a must!!
