About The Position
The Village of Norridge is seeking a visionary Director of Public Works to lead and manage the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of essential public infrastructure projects. This role is pivotal in enhancing the quality of life for residents through effective management of the public works department, which includes overseeing a budget of $15 million and a team of 12 employees. The Director will serve as an expert advisor on public works matters and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of municipal services related to streets, water systems, and public facilities.
