Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the project management team, setting clear expectations and creating opportunities for growth.
  • Establish and refine processes that ensure consistency, efficiency, and profitability across all projects.
  • Translate agency strategy into actionable project plans that align with client goals and business objectives.
  • Oversee estimates, budgets, and profitability with a keen understanding of agency financials.
  • Anticipate risks, identify overages or scope shifts early, and drive proactive solutions.
  • Provide regular reporting and strategic updates to the President/CEO and leadership team.
  • Collaborate with Directors and Executives to shape agency-wide initiatives and future-focused improvements.
  • Partner on new business by reviewing estimates and ensuring operational alignment.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to project managers and coordinators, coaching them through complex client and team challenges.
  • Stay attuned to client industries and market trends to align project goals with business realities.
