About The Position
The position is for a Project Management (PM) leader at a fast-growing biotechnology company in Los Angeles, CA, focused on advancing early-phase oncology programs. The role involves overseeing drug development project management for biologics programs, particularly in the context of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and monoclonal antibodies. The ideal candidate will work closely with external manufacturing partners to develop effective project management strategies as the company prepares to enter later-phase trials with its lead ADC program and bring additional compounds into development.
