About The Position

We are looking for a gospel-centered, results-driven Director of Program Success
to lead the systems and teams responsible for the long-term health and
effectiveness of LifeWise programs.

This role oversees the teams that support existing programs, including customer
support, program resources, training and curriculum development. The Director of
Program Success ensures that LifeWise programs across the country are equipped
with the tools, guidance and support they need to operate with excellence.

Requirements

• A mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 5+ years in a ministry or other leadership position
• 5+ years management experience
• Successful experience in the functions of planning, organizing, staffing and leading
• Proficient using Google Workspace suite of tools and programs

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in an organization using Salesforce (preferred)
• Experience working in an organization using EOS/Traction (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead the teams responsible for supporting the long-term health of LifeWise programs.
• Develop systems and processes that help programs operate with excellence and remain aligned with the LifeWise model.
• Monitor program health metrics and identify areas where programs may need additional support.
• Oversee the LifeWise support ticket system and customer service team.
• Ensure timely, helpful responses to program leaders across the country.
• Continuously improve systems for resolving program questions and operational challenges.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of program resources, operational guides and policy manuals.
• Ensure LifeWise programs have clear documentation and guidance for operating effectively.
• Lead the development and delivery of training resources for Program Directors and local leaders.
• Oversee training events, learning systems and ongoing program leader development.
• Provide leadership and oversight for the continued development and improvement of the LifeWise curriculum.
• Recruit, develop and lead high-performing team members within the Program Success division.
