Acendas Travel is seeking an accomplished Director of Program Management to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for our Program Management function. This role is critical to ensuring our programs are thoughtfully designed, expertly executed, and consistently deliver measurable value to our clients and the company.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading Program or Project Management teams in a client‑focused corporate travel management environment
• Proven success managing complex implementations and long‑term client relationships
• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into operational results
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented leader who anticipates challenges and drives continuous improvement
• Experience supporting growth initiatives and cross‑functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Program Management team, ensuring consistent standards, processes, and performance across all programs
• Oversee the full implementation lifecycle for new clients, including program scoping, onboarding, and operational readiness
• Ensure seamless transitions from implementation to ongoing program execution, establishing a strong foundation for long‑term partnership
• Champion customer satisfaction by proactively identifying opportunities, optimizing performance, and driving service excellence across existing accounts
• Maintain executive‑level relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to support business development initiatives and foster new strategic partnerships
• Drive client retention and loyalty through disciplined execution, continuous improvement, and a client‑centric approach
