The primary responsibility of Director of Program and Operations is to work with the General Manager/Deputy Chief Program and Operations to ensure quality and fidelity of Think Together programs, support operations and oversight of the region. Moreover, Directors of Program and Operations are responsible for ensuring all Think Together policies and procedures are followed. The Director of Program and Operations must lead strategically, act intentionally, and work collaboratively across the Think Together platform to ensure organizational success.
