About The Position

Aon is looking for a Director of Program Analytics & Reporting. As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our business group within Aon Integramark, a debt cancellation service administrator for the U.S. lending industry. This is a hybrid position with 3 days a week in the Alpharetta, GA office. Aon is in the business of better decisions. Requirements

• Power BI.
• PMP preferred.
• 12+ years of credit card experience.
• 8+ years of Finance, Risk, Data, Analytics and Reporting experience.
• 5+ years Manager experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Finance or Data Science.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership on organizational priorities and longer-term strategic objectives.
• Define and execute roadmaps for enhancing data and analytics, potentially including new technology implementations.
• Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders to deliver on desired business objectives.
• Partner with executive management to develop new analytical solutions to meet client requirements, provide business insights and drive efficiency.
• Effectively manage change, developing and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Support client team responsibilities.
