We are seeking a Director of Production Consulting to set strategy, lead a high-performing team, and deliver industry-leading results for farmers across millions of growing pigs. This role sits at the intersection of people, performance, and production. As Director of Production Consulting, you will directly influence how millions of pigs are managed, how farmers succeed, and how consulting excellence is delivered across the organization. You will shape strategy, elevate technical standards, and build a high-performing team that drives measurable production results while upholding the highest standards of animal welfare, biosecurity, and safety. Your leadership will help define the future of production consulting and strengthening customer partnerships, improving operational outcomes, and positioning Pipestone as an industry leader. This is a role for someone who wants to lead at scale, develop people, and make decisions that matter for our farmers for the team, and for the industry.

- Set direction and drive performance for Production Consulting and Market Selection teams
