About The Position

This role focuses on leading product development and production while driving strategic decisions through research and data-backed insights. The position is responsible for onboarding and testing new products, as well as creating sales enablement materials to improve deal size and client retention. The role is a full-time position based in the Mediaplanet’s NYC office in Flatiron. You are expected to work from the office at least 4 days per week (M-Th). You will report to the Managing Director of the US market. Pay: $120,000 annual salary

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product development or production management
  • Strong research and analytical skills to inform content and product strategy
  • Experience with product onboarding, testing, and lifecycle management
  • Ability to create sales enablement materials and translate insights into action
  • Proven track record of supporting client retention and business growth

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the production team
  • Oversee project timelines, workflows, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality execution
  • Establish and optimize production processes and best practices
  • Allocate resources effectively across projects and priorities
  • Mentor and develop team members, ensuring strong performance and growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, sales, and leadership teams
  • Ownership of the distribution budget and costs
  • Develop sales enablement materials (pitch decks, product one-pagers, case studies)
  • Translate product offerings into clear, compelling value propositions for clients
  • Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities to increase deal size and close rates
  • Provide insights and data to support client conversations and proposals
  • Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback and performance
  • Support retention efforts through post-sale materials and client-facing insights
  • Conduct ongoing reviews of existing products to assess performance and identify improvements
  • Lead research and analysis to inform product strategy and innovation
  • Oversee onboarding and testing of new products and offerings
  • Identify market trends and client needs to guide product development
  • Work cross-functionally to refine and launch new products
