About The Position
As the Director of Product Operations in Microsoft AI Monetization, you will help create the connective tissue between product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. Efficiency in process, stakeholder communications, and business goal setting and tracking has helped remove friction and improve performance across functions and teams. Examples include optimizing the product development lifecycle from initial product ideation to launch readiness, defining OKRs for the organization with product leaders, and managing stakeholder communication and expectations. Our Monetization teams work within Microsoft AI, an organization responsible for Copilot, Bing, Edge, MSN, and other AI-first products. The organization has all the ingredients needed for success with Product, Engineering, Research, and Go To Market functions partnering as peers with shared goals. This enables close collaboration and rapid decision making. You will work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Sales leaders to ensure efficient and effective operational processes across the product development lifecycle.
