You will be the Director of Product Operations reporting to the Vice President of Strategy and Product Operations, serving as the strategic engine that translates vision into reality. This role is crucial for scaling our Product organization, optimizing the alignment of strategy, resources, and processes to accelerate innovation and delivery across the business unit. You will drive operational excellence by championing data-driven decision-making and leading complex, high-impact initiatives that ensure efficient capital deployment and organizational growth.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to define operational strategy, lead comprehensive business planning cycles, and execute complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
  • Demonstrated success in building 'win-win' partnerships, leading large-scale transformation, and influencing executive-level stakeholders to drive consensus and alignment on critical business objectives.
  • Experience managing or overseeing large-scale capital planning and deployment (>$100M), with a strong foundation in financial discipline, forecasting, and resource optimization within a corporate structure.
  • Experience supporting, or directly partnering with, Product, Engineering, or R&D organizations, ideally in an enterprise technology, SaaS, or hardware/software hybrid business.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with the VP and leadership team to operationalize the Product Operations strategy, translating long-term goals into clear, actionable plans and managing the cadence of the business.
  • Own the entire cycle of annual and quarterly business planning, including leading budget reviews, roadmap synthesis, and managing the deployment of large-scale CapEx budgets (>$100M) to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and financial discipline.
  • Implement and oversee metrics, reporting frameworks, and operational dashboards that provide real-time visibility into product health, financial performance, and key operational outcomes for the entire business unit.
  • Drive major organizational initiatives, developing and executing communication strategies that foster a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making across all teams.
  • Act as the primary liaison with Finance, R&D, and other key business partners to streamline budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and process standardization, ensuring fiscal discipline while maintaining agility.
