As the Director of Product Marketing at MagicSchool, you’ll elevate how we tell our story - what we build, why it matters, and how educators and district leaders understand our value. You’ll lead a growing PMM team and be a hands-on strategist who thrives in a fast-moving environment, turning complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that drive adoption, pipeline, and trust. You’ll own positioning, messaging, competitive insight, and launch discipline across the company, partnering closely with product, sales, marketing, and customer experience to bring clarity to every major initiative. Your work sits at the center of our GTM motion, shaping the story that shows up across our website, sales conversations, campaigns, lifecycle flows, and district-facing materials. We’re looking for someone who can scale a high-performing PMM function, set a high quality bar, and drive alignment across teams. You’ll balance strategy with execution, coach the team to deliver great work, and ensure our product marketing becomes a durable engine that sharpens our differentiation and improves business outcomes. Success in this role means you’ve created a repeatable GTM system, strengthened our narrative, and built a team known for clarity, insight, and excellence.
