About The Position

We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to build, own, and execute our product marketing function as a high-impact individual contributor. In this role, you will define and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, product positioning, and messaging for our identity verification solutions. You play a pivotal role in developing and delivering messaging across all channels, serving as a strategic partner to the organization by shaping product direction, driving competitive intelligence, and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our customers. This is a highly visible strategic and hands-on role where you'll define and scale product marketing while personally executing core deliverables, partnering closely with product, sales, customer success, and the broader marketing team. You are a storyteller, strategist, and product evangelist who can translate complex technology into clear, differentiated value for diverse audiences. You'll join a talented, collaborative, and fast-moving marketing team, bringing focus, creativity, and leadership to help fuel Trulioo's growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally across multi-product portfolios.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on, from defining strategy to creating content.
  • Proven success in building and executing GTM strategies that drive adoption and revenue.
  • Strong positioning and messaging expertise, with the ability to tailor narratives for multiple personas, industries, and use cases.
  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills; comfortable engaging executives, analysts, press, and technical audiences.
  • Experience in identity verification, compliance, or regulated technology markets (strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated success leading competitive intelligence and customer insights initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with a track record of using insights to drive decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for product and feature launches.
  • Partner with product leadership to provide market, customer, and sales insights that inform roadmap and strategy.
  • Define and own product positioning and messaging frameworks, from high-level value propositions to detailed feature differentiation.
  • Act as the product spokesperson internally and externally, including analyst briefings and press engagements.
  • Create compelling customer-facing assets and content to support demand generation and sales enablement.
  • Drive competitive intelligence, customer insights, and market research to inform differentiation and GTM plans.
  • Collaborate and personally partner across marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure aligned, consistent execution.
  • Support product training, strategic initiatives, and promotional events.
  • Track and report on performance against company-wide goals, continuously refining GTM strategies.
