About The Position

Our solution provides them with an all-in-one platform to manage their practice and with the tools and resources to thrive as a practitioner and business owner. We are looking for an experienced Director of Product Marketing to lead a team focused on products that simplify the complexity of working with insurance for our customers and improve their billing and payment processing capabilities. This leader will oversee a team of product marketers, driving strategy and execution from early product conception through launch and growth. The ideal candidate brings deep product marketing expertise, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to influence product strategy and commercialization. Experience in healthcare, insurance, and / or payments is a plus.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success building and executing go-to-market strategies for complex products.
  • Strong business and financial acumen—experience with modeling, P&L impact, and business case development required.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with a talent for simplifying complexity and telling compelling product stories.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product marketers embedded with product managers and engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Define and drive go-to-market strategies including positioning, messaging, pricing, segmentation, and monetization models.
  • Partner with product and commercial leaders to shape product strategy, ensuring market viability and customer impact.
  • Build robust business cases and financial models to support product investment decisions and growth strategies.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to multiple audiences.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to enable successful product adoption and growth.
  • Serve as the voice of the market and customer, ensuring products meet real-world needs and deliver measurable business value.
