About The Position

We’re looking for a Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, execution, and innovation for our flagship SaaS platform that powers retail customer engagement and returns optimization. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strategic vision with operational excellence — a strong leader and doer who is data-driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in ambiguity. You’ll own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch, ensuring every capability is backed by insight, measurable outcomes, and technical depth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product management, including 3+ years in a senior/leadership role.
  • Proven experience building and scaling SaaS platforms.
  • Deep analytical skills and familiarity with A/B testing, product analytics, and data-driven prioritization.
  • Comfort working with APIs, data integrations, and modern AI/ML product architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through uncertainty and deliver results with speed and clarity.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, equally at ease with technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience in returns management, fraud management, post-purchase experience, or other retail technology strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with a bias toward action and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy & execution: Define and deliver the roadmap aligned with company objectives, customer outcomes, and measurable ROI.
  • Result and Outcome Oriented: Displays a high level of urgency.
  • Lead and do: Influence teams and stay hands-on with research, data analysis, and product delivery.
  • Customer & data obsessed: Leverage data, user feedback, and behavioral analytics to inform product decisions and validate hypotheses.
  • End-to-end ownership: Manage the complete lifecycle — ideation, requirements, prioritization, launch, adoption, and iteration.
  • Drive clarity in ambiguity: Make smart, timely decisions even with imperfect information; balance speed with strategic rigor.
  • SaaS and platform mindset: Design and scale multi-tenant SaaS capabilities with a focus on reliability, configurability, and ease of integration.
  • Technical fluency: Understand APIs, data pipelines, and how AI/ML-driven solutions are built, integrated, and deployed to customers.
  • Retail domain understanding: Translate complex retail returns, claims, and post-purchase workflows into simple, high-impact digital experiences.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, data science, design, and GTM to drive alignment and deliver on roadmap priorities.
  • Client-facing leadership: Present product vision, prototypes, and outcomes to enterprise clients and internal executives with credibility and confidence.
