About the position

As Director of Product Management, you will manage the full lifecycle of Axiado TCU products, from concept to end-of-life (EOL). You'll develop strategic roadmaps, go-to-market plans, customer facing presentations, writing blogs, presenting at conferences, presenting to customers to create sales and ensure maximum visibility for our switch products in the market. Your leadership will drive key decisions to maximize market share, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction. Oversee products through the entire lifecycle, ensuring successful product launches and market positioning. Analyze market trends and business needs to develop tactics that position Axiado's products for maximum impact. Work with customers to refine product specifications and ensure product features align with their expectations and business needs. Lead research and analysis to develop platform strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of product roadmaps. Represent the needs of customers and the field in product planning, identifying key requirements and emerging trends in datacenter deployment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Master’s in Engineering or Business is highly preferable
  • 15+ years of extensive product leadership, planning, and people management experience
  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles
  • In-depth knowledge of server products and their architecture
  • Ability to build compelling business cases and develop effective presentations

  • Experience in product marketing and marketing communications
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with clients and internal teams
