About The Position
At SpotHero, we are on a mission to revolutionize the parking industry through innovative technology. As the Director of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in leading our product management team, which is focused on developing and enhancing our business-facing products. This position is crucial for driving the success of parking operators by understanding customer behaviors and needs in the parking space. You will be responsible for shaping the strategy of our product offerings, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed the expectations of our users and partners. In this role, you will manage a team of four product managers, guiding them in their efforts to create exceptional products that empower parking operators to grow and scale their businesses. You will be instrumental in building and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) that will be presented to leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your ability to blend stakeholder needs with innovative solutions will be essential as you work to move the parking industry into a digital future. You will oversee the production of product management deliverables, including vision statements, strategy documents, and prioritized roadmaps. Your leadership will champion growth optimizations, utilizing advanced research and data-driven methodologies to maximize product performance. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with various teams to develop customer-centric solutions and navigate relationships with business stakeholders and end users. As a thought leader in the industry, you will represent SpotHero at public speaking events and panels, showcasing our products and innovations. You will also focus on building a high-performing team by recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and providing professional development opportunities for your team members.
