About The Position
Rippling's Spend suite of products helps companies manage and control their spending efficiently, covering expenses, corporate cards, travel, bill payments, and more. This suite is essential for meeting the needs of a wide range of customers looking for an integrated spend management solution. Success in this role is key to achieving our growth goals and becoming a leader in the financial services market. As the Product Lead for Rippling Spend, you will be responsible for setting the vision and guiding the execution of the Spend roadmap as it grows 10X in ARR. This role will be responsible for managing a small team of product managers and will also be expected to go deep on business strategy for the suite. You will be expected to work closely with sales, marketing, risk, and finance to develop the right strategy for the suite that will allow us to win in the competitive market of spend products and take on general management responsibilities.
