  • Own and articulate a compelling multi-year product vision and strategy for Pure Storage’s hardware product portfolio.
  • Lead and be accountable for all phases of the hardware product lifecycle, including concept, definition, launch, market growth, transition, and end-of-life management.
  • Drive adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction across the portfolio.
  • Serve as executive sponsor and champion in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and other key stakeholders.
  • Foster stakeholder alignment, drive prioritization, and communicate trade-off decisions at every product stage.
  • Champion an ongoing discipline of systematic customer and market research.
  • Translate customer feedback and competitive intelligence into actionable product direction and innovation.
  • Analyze market trends, customer usage data, and business performance metrics to identify, justify, and capture new opportunities for portfolio growth.
  • Mentor a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent Pure Storage’s hardware products as a thought leader in executive forums, with key customers, partners, and at industry events.
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive product management experience, with proven, hands-on leadership in enterprise hardware product development.
  • At least 3 years in a Director-level or equivalent senior product management role.
  • Demonstrated expertise and full lifecycle ownership of hardware products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related STEM field; MBA or advanced business degree strongly preferred.
  • Proven success building, mentoring, and leading high-performing product management teams.
  • Executive presence and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical and critical problem-solving skills.
  • Deep technical understanding of enterprise infrastructure and storage environments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
