Your mission in the Product Management team: As the Director of Product Management, Music Consumer, you will lead the Music Consumer Product team and own all app and web music products that are consumer-facing. You will lead ideation and innovation for the music consumer domain, define a holistic strategy in partnership with the Chief Product Officer, and turn that strategy into world-class product experiences. You will collaborate with your senior counterparts in program management and engineering to orchestrate these multi-team deliverables. You will monitor, analyze and report on your initiatives and performance to key stakeholders, and represent Music Consumer Product in company-wide and LT-level meetings. As the voice of the music consumer, you will lead research into their needs and trends, ensure that we understand our range of music consumer personas, improve their current experiences with our platform and look for opportunities to expand our value proposition for them.
