About The Position

Identity Resilience is the fastest-growing product line, helping enterprises safeguard their business critical identity systems. We are looking for an experienced product leader who will be able to balance business impact with product and technical health, and ensure the product organization scales with Rubrik's ambitions. Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years in Product Management, including 5+ years in people leadership and 4+ years at Director level (or equivalent scope); experience in B2B SaaS, Identity or Security space, and in enterprise software space is a must.
  • Strategic and business acumen: Proven ability to set product vision and strategy, make tough prioritization and tradeoff decisions, and connect product outcomes to business results.
  • Leadership and team building: Strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining PM talent; experience managing managers and leading distributed teams.
  • Execution and delivery: Comfort driving complex, multi-quarter initiatives; experience shipping platform or scaled products and working closely with Engineering and Design.
  • Data storytelling: Strong quantitative orientation - comfortable with metrics, and using data to influence; ability to translate complexity into clear narratives for executives and peers.
  • Stakeholder influence: Exceptional communication and influence; able to align senior stakeholders, resolve conflict, and operate effectively in matrixed or ambiguous environments.
  • Impact: Proven track record of shipping multiple high impact products and scaling flagship product lines.
  • Experience in IAM, PAM or IGA: Technical depth in Identity and Access Management, PAM or IGA tools is a must have.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the PM organization: Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of rockstar Product Managers; foster a culture of ownership, customer focus, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Drive roadmap and execution: Own the roadmap and prioritization, balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform and scalability investments; partner with Engineering and Design to ship outcomes on time and with quality.
  • Set and own success metrics: Define and track key product and business metrics (e.g. adoption, engagement, revenue, efficiency); hold the organization accountable to results and use data to tell the story of impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with GTM (Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success), Strat-Ops, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive strategy, launch readiness, and scalable processes.
  • Represent the customer: Champion a customer-first mindset; ensure product decisions are grounded in user research, feedback, and a clear understanding of user and business needs.
  • Deepen AI-led Initiatives: Introducing and advocating for AI-first mindset both on the roadmap and within the product team by leading by example on leveraging AI tools.
  • Own the product strategy: Define and drive the multi-year product vision and strategy for the Identity Resilience offering, aligning with company goals and market opportunity.
