Prioritize features and enhancements based on a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Ensure foundational HRIS capabilities (permissions, workflow consistency, data model integrity, and auditability) support scalable experiences across the employee journey. AI Experiences and Responsible Innovation: Develop and execute an AI product strategy that improves outcomes for HR Admins, managers, and employees while maintaining trust, transparency, and usability. Establish standards for evaluating AI quality (accuracy, usefulness, bias/fairness considerations, and customer trust signals), and partner with Legal/Security on responsible AI practices. Business Outcomes: Drive measurable business outcomes (adoption, retention, expansion/attach rates, and time-to-value) for employee journey capabilities. Partner with Marketing and Sales to refine positioning, packaging, and enablement that clearly communicates value across the employee lifecycle. Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and track success metrics such as activation/time-to-value, workflow completion rates, feature adoption, retention/expansion, NPS/CSAT, and support ticket drivers. Use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify friction points across lifecycle moments and prioritize improvements. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, marketing, customer experience, finance and legal/privacy teams to align product strategy with overall business objectives.
