Full-time • Director

At Webflow, our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. As the pioneer of the Website Experience Platform (WXP), we’re redefining how teams Build, Manage, and Optimize for the web — combining visual development, powerful content management systems, AI-driven personalization, seamless hosting, and end-to-end analytics in a single, unified platform. With AI at the core, Webflow helps teams move faster, create more performant digital experiences, and scale without heavy engineering support. From independent designers and creative agencies to global enterprises, hundreds of thousands of organizations use Webflow to turn ideas into reality — and to power what’s possible on the web. We’re looking for a Director of Product Management to lead the Develop pillar — setting the vision, strategy, and execution that will expand WXP into the full developer lifecycle and define the future of building for the web. The Develop pillar is Webflow’s investment in bringing code and infrastructure directly into the WXP — spanning AI-assisted code generation, seamless code sync with design artifacts, robust CLI workflows for local development, and Webflow Cloud for global-scale hosting and databases. Together, these initiatives ensure that developers can move fluidly between visual creation and production-grade code, while benefiting from the reliability, scalability, and speed of a unified platform.

  • Define and drive the long-term strategy and roadmap across CodeGen, CodeSync, Frameworks, and Webflow Cloud
  • Partner with Engineering Directors to deliver native AI-powered codegen and editing workflows, ensuring scientific rigor and scalable evaluations
  • Own CodeSync: bridging Webflow projects with Git and design systems (e.g., Figma → Webflow), CLI workflows, and DevLink exports
  • Differentiate Webflow Cloud through seamless deploys, reverse proxies, database integration, and edge infrastructure
  • Establish product frameworks for developer experience — balancing CLI ergonomics, local dev flows, cloud deployment speed, and AI-assisted tooling
  • Lead and grow a team of PMs while collaborating cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Developer Relations, and Marketing
  • Develop packaging and monetization models (usage-based, seat-based, AI credits, bandwidth)
  • Act as a visible thought leader internally and externally on AI dev tools and next-gen developer platforms
  • 10+ years in product management, including 4+ years in leadership roles owning multi-surface developer platforms
  • Prior experience as a software engineer
  • Strong technical fluency with developer platforms, cloud hosting, edge/serverless infrastructure, or AI-assisted coding
  • Proven track record of shipping developer products (CLI, SDKs, cloud deploys, codegen tools, or design-to-code workflows)
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering leadership and making build-vs-buy tradeoffs
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to craft crisp product strategies and rally cross-functional teams
  • Love 0→1 platform building, thrive in ambiguity, and excel at shaping new product pillars
  • Balance AI innovation with pragmatic execution, including cost and latency tradeoffs
  • Have deep developer empathy — understanding CLI UX, onboarding, error states, and long-tail workflows
  • Think in terms of ecosystems and partnerships (frameworks, design tools, infrastructure providers)
  • Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact
  • Equity ownership (RSUs) in a growing, privately-owned company
  • 100% employer-paid healthcare, vision, and dental insurance coverage for full-time employees (working 30+ hours per week) and their dependents
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave for both birthing and non-birthing caregivers
  • Flexible PTO for all locations and sabbatical program
  • Access to mental wellness and professional coaching, therapy, and Employee Assistance Program
  • Monthly stipends to support work and wellness
  • 401k plan or pension schemes (in countries where statutorily required), and other financial wellness benefits
