About The Position

At Webflow, our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. As the pioneer of the Website Experience Platform (WXP), we’re redefining how teams Build, Manage, and Optimize for the web — combining visual development, powerful content management systems, AI-driven personalization, seamless hosting, and end-to-end analytics in a single, unified platform. With AI at the core, Webflow helps teams move faster, create more performant digital experiences, and scale without heavy engineering support. From independent designers and creative agencies to global enterprises, hundreds of thousands of organizations use Webflow to turn ideas into reality — and to power what’s possible on the web. We’re looking for a Director of Product Management for Infrastructure and Developer Productivity to help us meet the demands of a rapidly scaling business, directly shaping how fast our teams can build, how confidently our customers can rely on us, and how boldly we can innovate. In this role, your leadership will unlock developer velocity, safeguard reliability at global scale, and enable the product innovation that fuels Webflow’s mission — making you a cornerstone of how we earn and expand customer trust across everything we build.

Requirements

  • Bring significant people leadership experience, successfully managing and growing PM teams, while fostering collaboration across engineering, design, and business functions.
  • Possess exceptional communication and influence skills, able to gain alignment across executives, technical leaders, and cross-functional partners.
  • Demonstrate strategic and systems-level thinking, turning complex technical challenges into clear, actionable plans that scale with the business.
  • Have proven experience operating at scale — from leading large-scale build and deployment pipelines, to driving reliability and performance across multi-tenant SaaS platforms and globally distributed cloud infrastructure.
  • Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive strategy for infrastructure and developer productivity, balancing long-term scalability with immediate needs to empower engineering teams across Webflow.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to shape technical roadmaps, align on priorities, and make informed build-versus-buy decisions that accelerate velocity.
  • Lead and mentor product managers within Infrastructure and Developer experience, cultivating a high-performing team that thrives on technical depth, customer empathy (internal developers), and execution excellence.
  • Establish and own success metrics, leveraging data and telemetry to measure platform performance, high availability and reliability, developer efficiency, and impact on business outcomes.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration, aligning across Engineering, Security, Product Management, Data, and Finance in a way that enables innovation, safety, and scale.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, and translate them into pragmatic strategies that improve developer productivity and system performance.
  • Communicate with clarity and influence, simplifying complex technical concepts for executives, while advocating effectively for infrastructure investments.
