About The Position
Makeup By Mario is seeking a Director of Product Development who will be a key member of the Global Product Development Team. This role is responsible for overseeing key categories in the product innovation pipeline, requiring both creative and analytical thinking: ability to identify and drive innovation, a keen sense of future trends, understanding and identifying consumer insights, understanding of the overall beauty business, strong communication and prioritization skills, and team management and mentorship. Cross functional collaboration and partnerships are essential to achieve common goals for the department and company. This role will report to the VP of Product Development and is based in New York City.
