As the Director of Procurement at Feastables, you will lead the Procurement function, building strategies and capabilities to support the company’s long term growth. You will partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to define procurement strategies, negotiate supplier partnerships, and deliver measurable results across cost, quality, service, and innovation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves, balancing long-term vision with day-to-day execution. This role spans a diverse portfolio of ingredients, packaging, goods, and services, with accountability for delivering value, ensuring supply continuity, and driving operational excellence.

  • Lead the Procurement function, developing and executing sourcing strategies across ingredients, packaging, goods, and services
  • Own supplier relationship management, including negotiations, performance reviews, and long-term partnership development
  • Drive cost savings, value creation, and cash-flow improvements through strategic sourcing and contract management
  • Collaborate with Supply Planning, R&D, Finance, and Operations to ensure procurement aligns with business goals and timelines
  • Oversee the procure-to-pay process and ensure efficient, compliant, and accurate execution across the organization
  • Establish and manage key procurement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for leadership visibility and decision-making
  • Develop, coach, and mentor a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Partner with leadership to identify new suppliers, technologies, and innovations that can drive competitive advantage for Feastables
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings, supplier performance improvements, and strategic sourcing results
  • Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management experience
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic leader who can think big while managing tactical execution
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and inspire high-performing teams
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with competing priorities
  • NetSuite or other ERP system expertise highly preferred
  • Food/beverage manufacturing or CPG industry experience strongly preferred
