About The Position
The Director of Process Development (Scientific Affairs) is a leadership role focused on overseeing process and analytical development activities within a large molecule API manufacturing CDMO. This position involves managing a team of PhD scientists and supporting business development by identifying new API molecules, clients, and projects. The ultimate goal is to guide the development of new API molecules from early phases to commercialization.
