Requirements

  • Proven experience in private pay, home care, healthcare sales, or business development
  • Strong understanding of Personal Care Services (PCS) operations and market dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute growth strategies
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth, innovation, and results
  • Reliable personal transportation to perform job duties

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive private pay growth strategy in the state of Connecticut
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion into high-growth regions
  • Partner with operations leaders to implement local growth and service delivery strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, community partners, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that drive private pay demand
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (revenue, conversion, retention, market penetration)
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve client experience and service delivery
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and accountability to teams supporting private pay initiatives
