About The Position
The Director of Preconstruction Services for Las Vegas is to act as a key leader in the entire work acquisition process including management of preconstruction personnel, coordination and delivery of the preconstruction phases of the project and extensive Client/Business Development Project Leader/Project Executive contact in all aspects of the project including but not limited to project selection. The Director will coordinate, manage, and supervise The Korte Company Las Vegas Office preconstruction staff and will coordinate preconstruction staffing of projects with DOD and Highland/St Louis Directors of Preconstruction Services. The role also involves assisting TKC in securing and delivering profitable Las Vegas projects.
