Banner Medical Group seeks an experienced Director of Practice Management to optimize referral management and care connectivity across our BMG network. You'll oversee business operations, strategic planning, and capital development while collaborating with front-line staff, physician leaders, and executives to identify barriers and drive improvements in connection rates between specialties, primary care, and system partners. POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for the overall leadership of regional employed physicians’ practices. Leadership responsibilities include oversight of business operations, capital purchases, strategic planning and development, and facilitating a positive image of the practices within the business community. This position serves as a resource for the organization’s employed physician practices to address clinic practice and facility issues.
