The Division of Public Safety and Security (DPSS) has established the position of Director of Policy and Professional Standards to strengthen organizational integrity, consistency, and accountability across the division. Reporting to the Executive Senior Director and Chief of Staff, this position leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of policies and professional standards that guide DPSS operations. The Director also supervises program managers responsible for professional standards and policies. The Director provides strategic leadership in shaping and enforcing standards that ensure transparency, fairness, and alignment with university values and best practices in public safety. The role is a member of the DPSS Director's Forum and may have responsibilities outside of normal business hours.
