About The Position

This position will work directly for Casino Marketing Executives, regional property service team in developing, implementing, measuring and maintaining marketing programs relating to account development and casino marketing guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent. Some college courses or degree in a related field preferred. At least 2 years of administrative, project coordination and analysis preferred.
  • Must be fluent and literate in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in PC operations, including Windows Word and Excel. Knowledge of the AS/400, WINet, Hotel LMS, SDS and Direct Marketing systems.
  • Must possess excellent organizational, analytical and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of professionalism and courtesy with internal and external guests.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
  • New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement Key License with Multi-Casino Employer Endorsement required.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to ensure complimentary guidelines are being adhered to, and comp exception reports are reviewed and administered accordingly.
  • Manages the daily activities of the Butler staff including planning and organizing.
  • Works with the Marketing Operations leaders in the development and implementation of Casino Marketing programs and ensures to ensure flawless delivery and execution of service to players and guests.
  • Coordinates reservations and travel arrangements for designated Casino Host players.
  • Works with other property departments such as Food & Beverage, Special Events and all gaming operations to coordinate the accurate and timely completion of special projects for arrival of guests.
  • Communicates all critical information to department management to maintain consistency and alleviate potential problems.
  • Develops and maintains tracking system for outside entertainment events and outside sporting events.
  • Maintains account development schedules and expense reports.
  • Responsible for suite and premium room assignments.
  • Responsible for group performance management, including making any recommendations to Regional Casino Marketing Leaders.
  • Responsible for approving and assigning cross property reservations.
  • Responsible for accounts payable and accurate processing of invoices and other office expenses.
  • Maintains accurate records of complimentaries issued by Customer Development team
  • Responsible for the processing of department’s purchasing requisitions.
  • Assists with determining effectiveness of Casino Marketing programs utilized by other departments, as well as other reporting functions and projects.
  • May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
