About The Position
Louisiana Tech University is seeking candidates for Director of Player Development. This is a full-time, 12-month position. The position involves assisting the Head Baseball Coach in the day-to-day operations of a Division I Baseball program and ensuring that the Baseball program demonstrates a commitment to academics and compliance with NCAA, C-USA, Louisiana Tech University, and State of Louisiana rules and regulations. The candidate will provide student-athletes with appropriate development techniques to help them perform at the highest levels and perform additional duties as assigned by the University.
