Requirements

Two or more years of experience in a medical facility required
Five or more years of progressive experience in maintenance of equipment, utilities and building

Nice To Haves

Boiler operator’s license, building operator certification, limited Registration: maintenance industrial electrical license or journeyman's card in any building trade preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise maintenance and laundry staff; oversee facility operations across all service areas.
Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and preventative maintenance for facilities and grounds.
Manage safety, compliance, security, budgets, and facility improvements.
