The Director of Plant Finance & Controlling serves as the financial leader for the manufacturing organization and oversees all accounting and finance functions for the plant and related operations. This role is both strategic and operational — responsible for financial stewardship, plant controlling, cost optimization, and business partnership across all organizational functions including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in plant finance and cost accounting within a manufacturing environment, particularly in manufacturing costing, variance analysis, and plant-level financial management. This role will be instrumental in establishing and building the finance function supporting the manufacturing side of the business, requiring a leader who is highly hands-on and comfortable operating both strategically and operationally. Candidates should demonstrate intellectual curiosity and operational fluency with an understanding how products are made, where costs originate, and how financial insights can drive efficiency, margin expansion, and long-term value creation. As a key member of the leadership team, this role partners closely with Plant leadership and executive leadership to translate operational data into actionable financial strategies, ensuring disciplined cost control, capital efficiency, and scalable growth. The position title will be commensurate with candidate experience and qualifications
