About The Position
The Director of Planned Giving is responsible for managing a portfolio of 50-75 major gift and planned giving prospects, overseeing the Academy's planned giving program, and collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and execute effective giving strategies. This role involves cultivating relationships with high-capacity donors, enhancing the planned giving program, and supervising the Planned Giving Coordinator.
