The Director is responsible for financial stewardship, including productivity analysis, revenue cycle monitoring, and expense management. This includes evaluating provider productivity, benchmarking performance metrics, identifying operational inefficiencies, and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance revenue optimization and cost containment while maintaining high standards of patient care. In partnership with physician leaders and practice managers, the Director drives continuous improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and patient experience excellence. The role requires advanced project management capabilities, including the ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives, manage competing priorities, and execute complex operational projects from planning through implementation and evaluation.
